With fifteen years dedicated to the alchemy of fused glass, my practice explores the delicate balance between structural precision and the fluid unpredictability of heat. I have spent over a decade and a half refining my technical mastery of kiln-firing schedules, allowing me to transform cold, rigid sheets into luminous, multi-dimensional forms that capture and manipulate light. Inspired by the organic patterns of nature and the vibrant interplay of color, my work serves as a dialogue between the intentionality of design and the ‘spirit’ of the glass as it softens. Whether creating functional vessels or complex wall installations, my goal is to evoke a sense of movement frozen in time.
